The roots of the variety reach a length of up to 30 cm and have smooth skin and orange-red flesh color. The base of the root is thin, and the foliage is characterized as small and sparse.

The variety is demanding regarding soil quality and requires deep, loose, fertile, well-drained, and preferably sandy soil. Sowing is possible in early spring or at later dates in the open field; the harvest period lasts from July to October.
