Variety description

The roots have a wide conical shape with a length of 12–16 cm. The flesh is dense, aromatic, with high sugar content and a weakly defined core of the same color as the rest of the carrot. The variety is a population variety, which allows for harvesting seeds while maintaining the characteristics of the mother plant.

Due to the compact shape, the roots develop well in dense or shallow soils, where long varieties are prone to deformation. The variety possesses good keeping quality, is suitable for winter storage, and is versatile in culinary use, retaining its texture during thermal processing.
