The Fire Wedge F1 hybrid belongs to the Kuroda type. The ripening period varies from 80 to 120 days. The roots are wedge-shaped, reach a length of 22 cm, a diameter of 6 cm, and a mass of about 350 g. The root color is bright orange or red-orange.
The plant is resistant to cracking but has a tendency toward premature bolting. The recommended harvest period is from autumn to early spring. The variety is intended for universal use, including processing and juice production.
