Variety description

The variety is late-maturing, with a vegetation period of 140–160 days. The roots are conical in shape, tapering in places, and reach a length of 18–22 cm. Root color varies from light yellow to deep dark yellow, with characteristic prominent "shoulders".

The plant has vigorous growth and a strong, healthy leaf canopy. The taste of the roots is described as sweet and spicy-aromatic. The variety is intended for long-term storage, juice processing, and culinary use.

For cultivation, it is recommended to choose loose soils not prone to crusting, or to use ridges when working with heavy soil. Applying fresh organic fertilizers directly to the crop is not recommended.
