The variety belongs to the 'Nantes' type and is characterized by high yield, confirmed during comparative studies of marketable product output. The root crops possess specific biochemical properties, in particular a low level of phenolic compounds, which prevents their browning during the storage process.

During agrotechnical trials, the variety was evaluated for resistance to a number of pathogens, including carrot virus Y, and was also studied for tolerance to the development of cavity spot. The variety is widely used in regions with intensive industrial vegetable farming.
