The Sparta F1 variety belongs to the Flakkee type and forms long, slightly conical roots 17–22 cm in size. The flesh has an intense color, and the core is of small diameter and does not differ in color from the main mass of the root.

The plant is characterized by a high content of sugars and dry matter. It shows resistance to cracking and a low tendency to accumulate nitrates. Cultivation on ridges is recommended for maximum yield.

The variety is intended for universal use, including sale on the fresh market, industrial processing, and long-term storage, and is particularly effective for autumn harvesting.
