The plant has lanceolate dark green leaves 10–15 cm long. The flowers are bright yellow or light yellow in color and are gathered in racemose inflorescences. The diameter of each flower is 6.5–7 cm; the variety is characterized by the presence of a fragrance.

The height of an adult plant varies from 40 to 50 cm. The variety requires bright diffused lighting, regular watering with good drainage, and maintenance of a temperature regime of 18–25 °C. During profuse flowering, the stems may require additional support.
