The plant is a biennial: a basal rosette of leaves forms in the first year, and flowering occurs in the second year in June–July. Shoot height is 20–30 cm, leaves are dark green. Flowers 8–10 cm in diameter are collected in dense umbellate corymbs and have a delicate fragrance.
The variety is characterized by cold hardiness and frost resistance. The plant exhibits drought tolerance, however, it requires regular watering for optimal flowering.
Used for edging borders, ribbon flower beds, low-growing flower beds, rock gardens, and for cultivation in balcony boxes. Suitable for cutting into mini-bouquets.
