The variety is a natural mutation with a compact and vigorous habit. The plant leaves have a sword-like shape, shiny dark green color with purple edges, and the stems are colored brownish-green. When grown indoors, it reaches a height of about 1.5 meters.

The plant possesses increased resistance to spider mites, mealybugs, and scale insects. The variety is intended for interior landscaping and can be used as a floor or accent plant in an interior, demonstrating long-term retention of its appearance.
