The plant is a rhizomatous perennial that forms dense bushes with green lanceolate rough leaves. The inflorescences have an orange color and attract pollinating insects.
The variety is distinguished by strong stems resistant to wind and rain. Flowering begins in early July and continues until early autumn; with regular removal of faded inflorescences, repeated bud formation is possible. The plant is frost-resistant, however, it is sensitive to heavy, waterlogged soils that promote the development of fungal diseases.
