The variety is a rosette plant with a height and width of 20–40 cm. The leaf blades are dark green with contrasting dark spotting, most pronounced on young leaves, with leaf margins often being wavy.

The plant is intended for aquariums and is characterized by low maintenance and a wide range of adaptation conditions: temperature 15–30 °C, pH 6–9. It prefers nutrient-rich substrate and is capable of developing under various light intensities.
