Variety description

The period from emergence to commercial maturity is about 27 days. The leaf rosette reaches a height of 15–20 cm. The leaves are thin, oblong, and have a nutty-mustard taste, however, if left too long in the garden bed, they can become coarse and acquire excessive bitterness.

The yield of the variety is 1–1.3 kg of greens per 1 m². The plant is suitable for dense sowing and mechanized cultivation technologies, and tolerates spring frosts well under plastic covers.

The variety is intended for cultivation in open field, under plastic covers, and indoors as a potted crop. It is recommended to use the greens fresh for salads, sandwiches, and side dishes.
