Variety description

The plant reaches about 50 cm at maturity. It has green leaves and flower heads with a diameter of about 4 cm. The flowering period lasts from July to September.

The variety is drought-tolerant. It does not tolerate excess moisture well, especially in the winter period. It prefers sunny locations and well-drained, poor, stony or calcareous soils. It grows slowly and sometimes self-seeds. It is used in flower beds and for creating dried bouquets, as it retains its color after drying.
