The variety «Pink Lilo» (or «Hot Pink Lilo») belongs to the «Lilo» variety group. It is a periclinal chimera plant in which the accumulation of red pigment occurs in the corpus and the inner layers of the tunica, while the outer layer of the tunica remains unpigmented.
The plant belongs to freely branching forms and is intended for ornamental indoor floriculture. The variety has been used in scientific research as an object for studying regeneration processes and resistance to phytotoxicity when using insecticides.
