The plant is distinguished by bright crimson bracts against dark green foliage and strong stems. The variety is valued for the resistance of its bracts to fading and the retention of its ornamental qualities in home conditions.
The development of axillary buds in this variety is strongly inhibited at high temperatures, which requires strict adherence to temperature regimes in the greenhouse. To control stem height and prevent stretching in industrial cultivation, growth regulators and specific irrigation regimes were used.
