The shrub is characterized by vigorous growth. Young shoots have a red tint, and the leaves have a dissected shape. The variety is distinguished by its compactness compared to the species Exochorda, which allows it to be used in small gardens, decorative groups, and container planting.
Flower buds resemble pearls; when opened, the flowers become large and snow-white. Flowering occurs along the entire length of the shoots; in some cases, repeat flowering is possible in summer. The variety possesses high winter hardiness, corresponding to USDA hardiness zone 4.
