The variety was obtained as a mutant of the original green-leaved variety Exotic Monique. The plant possesses flexible, thin shoots and has a weeping growth habit. The Ficus is pliable and responds well to shaping, including pruning and trunk braiding.
Young leaves have a lime-golden hue with dark green streaks along the central vein; as they mature, they become greener. The leaf blade is medium-sized with a distinct wavy margin. The plant is sensitive to cold drafts and chilling of the substrate.
