The variety is a hybrid of garden strawberry and marsh cinquefoil. It is a herbaceous plant that forms rosettes up to 15 cm in height. Fruits form rarely and have no nutritional value, as the variety was bred exclusively for ornamental purposes.
A distinctive feature is the large, five-petaled, bright pink flowers. The plant actively produces runners, due to which it is used as a ground cover. Propagation is carried out only vegetatively, as varietal characteristics are not maintained when grown from seeds.
