Beltran is a first-generation everbearing hybrid, characterized by neutral day length and continuous fruiting throughout the season. The plants form compact bushes 25–30 cm in height with long flower stalks rising above the foliage and large semi-double white flowers. The ability to produce runners in this variety is weakly expressed.
The berries have a conical shape, an average weight of 20–25 g, and a sweet dessert taste. The produce is suitable for fresh consumption and processing, and is distinguished by good keeping quality and transportability. The variety shows resistance to diseases and weather stress, and due to its ornamental qualities, it is often used for decorating balconies and terraces.
