The variety was obtained as a result of a controlled cross between the female parental form «783S 79» and the male «566S 60». Selection of the seedling for further propagation was conducted in April 2011 in Shasta County, California.
The plant belongs to the early maturity group. Morphological features include a crenate margin of the terminal leaf leaflets and very intense anthocyanin coloration of the stipules. The fruits are characterized by an absent or small internal cavity.
The variety is intended for commercial use. It underwent testing according to new variety evaluation protocols, including studies in Canada in 2021.
