The variety was obtained as a result of crossing Sunrise x (Redchief x Guardian) x Earliglow. The plant forms light red berries with a moderately acidic taste and medium-firm flesh. The variety demonstrates high yield on various soil types.
The plant possesses resistance to red stele, the causal agent of which is Phytophthora fragariae. At the same time, the variety is susceptible to infection by foliar diseases, in particular, powdery mildew.
