Variety description

10 August 2026

Plants are vigorous, upright in growth habit, forming a dense rosette and a significant number of runners with anthocyanin coloration. Each peduncle forms from 2 to 5 inflorescences. The variety is characterized by mid-season flowering and ripening, sometimes classified as a late-season variety.

Berries are large, glossy, light red, and conical in shape with a neck. Flesh is firm with uniform coloration. The variety adapts to various soil types, including sandy and heavy soils, and possesses relative tolerance to soil salinity.

Susceptibility to Phytophthora root rot and powdery mildew is noted under high humidity conditions. The level of resistance to leaf spots is comparable to the Honeoye variety.
