The variety was obtained as a result of the cross Chandler × (Gorella × Brighton). The fruiting type belongs to everbearing day-neutral varieties.

Medium and large-sized fruits have a bright red color, a glossy surface, and firm flesh. The fruit shape is conical or wedge-shaped.

The variety possesses resistance to powdery mildew and Verticillium wilt. It was initially intended for commercial cultivation and fresh market sales.
