The variety is a hybrid obtained by crossing Gruss aus dem Bodethal and Fuchsia campos-portoi. The plant has a semi-trailing or trailing bush form and is intended for cultivation in containers and hanging baskets.

The flowers of the variety are simple and small. The tube is short and thick, brilliant red in color, the sepals are carmine-red, and the petals have a dark black-blue shade. The plant is characterized by abundant flowering, but is distinguished by weak growth, which requires regular taking of cuttings.

According to the RHS classification, the variety belongs to category H3 (half-hardy), withstanding temperatures from -5°C to 1°C and requiring maintenance in an unheated greenhouse or mild winter conditions.
