The Kiegalpea variety is a compact perennial plant used in landscape design. In botanical sources, it is classified as a Gaillardia × grandiflora hybrid, although it is sometimes listed as Gaillardia aristata. The plant forms a neat bush 25–30 cm in height.
The flowers of the variety have a characteristic peach-yellow color, which is reflected in the trade name Gallo™ Peach. The plant prefers sunny locations, well-drained soils, and possesses moderate drought tolerance after establishment. Flowering occurs during the summer period.
