Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of Gaillardia aristata and Gaillardia pulchella. The bush has a dense cushion-like shape with pubescent light green or grayish-green elongated foliage.
The flowers are characterized by a 'fanfare' shape, where the base is dark red and the tips are bright yellow, with the central disk having a dark burgundy hue. The flowering period lasts from June to October.
The plant is a short-lived perennial with an average lifespan of 2–3 years. It possesses high heat and drought tolerance, but is sensitive to excessive soil moisture in winter and is susceptible to aster yellows disease.
