The plant is a low-growing evergreen shrub with drooping shoots, reaching a height of 0.2–0.5 m. The leaves are small, leathery, dark green in color, and have a glossy surface. Flowering occurs in May and June with white flowers, after which red berries ripen on the shrub, remaining on the branches from August to November.
The variety possesses high resistance to fungal diseases, including anthracnose, and is characterized by winter hardiness in zone 5b. It is intended for decorative landscaping of heathlands, group plantings, and container cultivation on balconies and terraces.
