The variety forms a compact bush 45–60 cm tall and 45–50 cm wide. Leaves are deeply dissected, palmately lobed, and have an intense bronze or brown hue; stems are also colored reddish-brown.
Flowers are cup-shaped, pinkish-mauve or blue-lavender in color. The flowering period lasts from May to July, with possible slight repeat flowering in the autumn.
The plant is winter-hardy, prefers moist humus soils and well-drained sites, and tolerates both full sun and partial shade. Resistant to damage by deer and rabbits; in unfavorable conditions, it may be affected by rust or leaf spot.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
