The plant stems reach a height of 30–50 cm. The leaves are deeply dissected and bright green. Flowering is accompanied by the appearance of semi-double flowers 3–4 cm in diameter, which have a bright red color with orange hues and contrasting yellow stamens.
The plant forms neat basal rosettes and retains foliage during mild winters. Flowering begins in late April and, under favorable conditions, can continue until August with a possible repeat wave in late summer. The variety is a sterile hybrid, which contributes to the duration of flowering.
The variety is winter hardy (USDA zones 5–8) and is suitable for growing in borders, flower beds, or containers. It prefers sunny or partially shaded areas with moist, well-drained soils, while requiring protection from waterlogging, especially in the winter period.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
