The plant reaches a height of 50–60 cm and forms spike-shaped inflorescences 25–30 cm long. One inflorescence contains from 10 to 13 burgundy-red flowers with light streaks in the center of the petals.
The flowering period of the variety occurs from July to August and lasts about 30 days. The plant is characterized by resistance to sunburn and prolonged heavy rains. The variety is suitable for rock gardens, mixed borders, container cultivation, and also for cutting.
