Variety description

10 August 2026

The Balazred variety, with the trade name Aztec Red, belongs to non-hardy perennials, which in cultivation are most often grown as annual plants. The bush has a semi-erect growth habit.

The flowers are red in color; a distinctive feature is the presence of a whitish-green central eye. The leaves of the variety are distinguished by the specific cut shape characteristic of the members of the Aztec group. The plant adapts to most soil types.
