The plant has a trailing habit and reaches a height of 15–25 cm with a plant width of 40–60 cm. The inflorescences are large, deep purple in color with a white eye; flowering continues from late spring to mid-autumn.

The variety is intended for hanging baskets, containers, and ground cover landscaping. It is an annual plant or short-lived perennial in zones 9–11, preferring areas with full sun and good drainage.
