The variety has medium plant height and a strong stem covered with brown hairs. The seeds are yellow and are distinguished by the presence of a black hilum. It is characterized by rapid and uniform defoliation at maturity and good resistance to diseases.

The trypsin inhibitor content is 12.0–15.0 TIU (mg/g), and a low level of lipoxygenase activity is also noted. Due to these characteristics, the variety is effectively used in the rations of cattle, swine, and poultry.

The variety is adapted to the conditions of the Mediterranean region and is recommended both for primary sowing and for double cropping after the harvest of other crops.
