The variety has a plant height of 71–90 cm with a semi-compressed bush shape and purple flowers. The lowest pods are attached at a height of 13–15 cm. The thousand kernel weight is 170–180 g, and the seed embryo is light-colored.

The grain contains from 37 to 39% protein and from 19 to 22% oil. The plant possesses a neutral photoperiodic reaction, cold tolerance, and drought tolerance. The variety is resistant to major diseases, lodging, and pod shattering, which allows it to be used for mechanized harvesting.
