The variety belongs to the mid-early maturity group with 2700 heat units and 0.6 relative maturity. Plants have an indeterminate growth type, purple flowers, and brown pubescence on the middle third of the main stem. The hypocotyl possesses anthocyanin coloration.
Seeds are medium-sized, the seed coat is yellow, and the hilum has an imperfect-yellow shade. The variety possesses resistance to Phytophthora root rot (Rps 1c gene), however, it is susceptible to soybean cyst nematode. Cultivation is recommended on fertile, drained, loamy soils with 38 cm row spacing.
