The variety was developed at the Ryazan Research Institute of Agriculture. Yield in the conditions of the Ryazan region is 1.7–3.2 t/ha, protein content is in the range of 37–44%, fat content is 17–19%.

The variety is capable of maturing in the climatic conditions of the Central Non-Chernozem region. Studies on the effect of growth regulators on this variety showed an increase in plant height of 3.6–6.3 cm, as well as an increase in leaf area and dry matter mass.
