The Ilinca TD variety was evaluated within the framework of comparative trials aimed at studying yield, adaptability, and grain quality characteristics. During the studies, an analysis of the protein, oil, dry matter, and carbohydrate content in the grain was conducted.

Morphological characteristics of the variety, including plant height and the height of the lowest pod attachment, were studied to assess suitability for mechanized harvesting. The variety was bred with consideration for adaptation to the soil and climatic conditions of the Transylvanian Plain.
