The variety is characterized by an average level of productivity and a classic field use for the production of vegetable protein and oil. In the scientific community, the variety is often used as reference material for studying the composition of amino acids, phenolic compounds, and the antioxidant activity of seeds.

The variety is sensitive to moisture deficit; however, it shows relative resistance to cold stress at the initial stages of development. In regions with a short growing season, the variety may not manage to mature, so its earliness is assessed as insufficient for northern growing conditions.
