The Morion soybean variety is characterized by a growing period of 99–100 days. Its key morphological feature is the complete absence of pubescence on all parts of the plant.
Yield in field trials is 3.6–3.8 t/ha. The thousand kernel weight reaches 179 g, protein content is about 42%, and fat content is 21%. The variety is distinguished by an increased isoflavone level of up to 420 µg/g.
