The soybean variety «Paprika» was evaluated within the framework of Swiss agronomic research conducted by the Agroscope institute. The breeding work on the variety was aimed at adapting the plant to local climatic conditions, in particular at increasing cold tolerance and ensuring early maturity.

This variety is not included in the official lists of recommended soybean varieties for the 2024 harvest in Switzerland. Detailed morphological characteristics of the plant and quality indicators of the produce are not described in available publications.
