The variety was obtained by crossing Western European and South Chinese lines using a combination of the pedigree method and the 'Ohio method'. The plants are distinguished by a new habitus model.

The main stem height is 89.6 cm. The proportion of branching plants reaches 67%; on such specimens, an average of about 21.5 pods are formed. The height of the lower pod attachment is 6.8 cm.

The variety is used in breeding programs as one of the studied genotypes.
