The variety belongs to maturity group 0. The period from emergence to seed ripening is 115–125 days. The plant is characterized by a low degree of seed dormancy upon reaching harvest maturity, and also demonstrates tolerance to high aluminum content in acidic soils.

The seeds of the variety are suitable for food use and as animal feed after the necessary heat treatment. The variety is traditional and does not belong to genetically modified crops.
