The variety was developed using breeding methods utilizing traits of mutant forms. The plant possesses complex resistance to such diseases as brown rust, powdery mildew, septoria leaf spot and fusarium wilt, and is also characterized by resistance to lodging.

The variety belongs to the mid-season maturity group. It is characterized by high productivity and protein content in the grain, which can be about 27% and higher depending on growing conditions. Intended for agricultural use for food and feed purposes.
