The variety «Zinzi Asuka» belongs to the genus Gypsophila of the Caryophyllaceae family. The plant forms corymb-type inflorescences consisting of small double white flowers with the international color code NN155D. The flowers have a diameter of 1 to 10 mm and emit a sweet fragrance.

The plant prefers well-lit areas. Optimal soil acidity levels for cultivating the variety vary from neutral to alkaline values (pH 6.5–7.5 and higher). The variety is widely represented in commercial catalogs of flower wholesalers as an ornamental crop for interior decoration and bouquets.
