The sunflower hybrid Ajax (Ajax, NS DFSP) belongs to the mid-early maturity group. Plants reach a height of 160–180 cm. The hybrid is intended for classical cultivation technology.

The variety possesses high resistance to lodging, seed shedding, and drought. It exhibits tolerance to phomopsis, alternaria, septoria, grey mold, and charcoal rot, and is resistant to five races of broomrape (A–E). Seed oil content is 50–56%.
