The hybrid is intended for cultivation as an oilseed crop. In publications covering the results of European variety trials, the presence of resistance to the causal agent of downy mildew (peronosporosis) in this hybrid is noted.
This hybrid should not be confused with the hybrid Barolo RO, entered in the State Register of the Russian Federation, which possesses different characteristics, such as susceptibility to Phomopsis and broomrape.
