The hybrid is a simple interline type, created on the basis of the female line 217A and the male line 102R. The plant belongs to conventional hybrids and is not intended for specialized protection systems, such as Clearfield.
The oil content in the seeds is about 51.7%, protein is about 27.1%. The productivity level of the hybrid demonstrates a dependence on soil and climatic conditions and tillage methods. In scientific practice, the variety is used to study the aggressiveness of the fungal pathogen Phomopsis helianthi.
