The plant is resistant to downy mildew (RM9 profile) and Orobanche cumana race G. Resistance to head and root neck Sclerotinia is rated at 8 points, to stem Sclerotinia and Phomopsis at 7 points, and to Phoma and Verticillium at 6 points. The lodging resistance index is 7 points, and drought tolerance is 8 points.
The hybrid is intended for commercial grain production and can be used in the production of sustainable aviation fuel. In breeding documentation, it is listed under the working code MDS5423LC.
