The hybrid NS H 195 (commercial name «Адмирал») belongs to the mid-early maturity group with a vegetation period of 96–109 days. Plants reach a height of 155–170 cm. The thin convex head has a diameter of 22–26 cm. Seeds are large, black in color.

Quality indicators include an oil content of 48–50%, protein content of 16–18%, and a hull content of 22–24%. The yield potential is up to 60 c/ha. The hybrid possesses good resistance to lodging and drought, and the developed root system allows for the utilization of moisture from a depth of 1.5–2.5 m.

The plant is resistant to Phomopsis, downy mildew, white rot, rust, and the sunflower moth. Genetic resistance to broomrape covers races A–G+. The recommended stand density before harvest is 55–60 thousand plants/ha.
