NS Ronin is a simple oilseed hybrid intended for conventional cultivation technology. The growing period is 109–114 days. Yield reaches 58 c/ha with a seed oil content of 48–50% and a protein content of 16–18%. The plant is of medium height, non-branching, with green leaves of medium blistering and yellow ray florets.

The hybrid possesses high resistance to rust, Phomopsis, downy mildew, and white rot. It is genetically resistant to Orobanche races A, B, C, D, and E. It is characterized by a strong stem, resistance to lodging, and high drought tolerance.

The recommended plant density at the time of harvest is 55–60 thousand plants/ha for the Forest-Steppe, 50–55 thousand plants/ha for the Central Steppe, and 45–50 thousand plants/ha for the Southern Steppe.
